보건의료 환경은 날로 복잡해지고 있으며, 간호사에게 요구되는 역량 또한 크게 달라지고 있습니다. 단순한 지식 습득을 넘어, 비판적 사고력, 창의적 문제 해결력, 그리고 팀워크와 소통 능력이 필수적인 시대가 되었습니다. 이러한 시대적 변화에 부응하기 위해, 저희는 기존 간호교재를 전면적으로 개편하여 새로운 PBL(Problem-Based Learning, 문제중심학습) 기반의 간호교재를 선보이게 되었습니다.
이번 개편 교재는 임상 현장에서 실제로 마주할 수 있는 다양한 상황과 문제들을 중심으로 구성하였으며, 학습자 스스로 문제를 정의하고 해결책을 찾아가는 과정을 통해 간호 전문역량을 한층 강화할 수 있도록 설계하였습니다. 뿐만 아니라, 디지털 환경에서의 학습을 고려해 온라인·블렌디드 수업에도 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 자료와 활동들을 새롭게 추가하였습니다.
